The location was marvelous and good - just off the center. Superior family room with a beautiful view accommodated us perfectly. the staff was cool and kind at all levels. We had an incredible time here and will come back. The building and rooms here are stunning, and you can enjoy a lovely view. the breakfast includes fresh orange juice and homemade granola — yum! 🌞.

The staff were very friendly and nice throughout my visit. The hotel's location was marvelous, a short walk to Machu Picchu, the mountain, and the river. I spent 5 quiet days here and would return anytime.

had an amazing honeymoon trip in ollantaytambo. casa patacalle exceeded our expectations with breathtaking views and warm gas showers. friendly management and delicious breakfast made our stay perfect. will definitely come back!

Shower needs pre-notice for hot water.

The breakfast was amazing, with fresh fruit and coffee prepared each morning. the location of the hotel was also great, just a short walk from the train station. the hot showers were a nice touch and the wifi was fast and reliable.

the alcove behind the bed was really uncomfortable and my pillows kept falling down. It would have been much better if there was a board or something to improve the comfort.
